By accessing or using Stokfela ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms govern your use of stokfela.app and all associated subdomains.
Stokfela is a digital ledger and management platform for savings groups (stokvels). We provide tools for recording contributions, managing loans, tracking repayments, and communicating with members. Stokfela is a record-keeping tool — we do not hold, manage, or disburse funds on your behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Stokfela. By using the platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Access is by invitation only — you must be invited by a registered stokvel administrator.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password or verification codes with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@sicebi.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform; interfere with or disrupt the platform; upload malicious code; impersonate another person; or use the platform to facilitate money laundering or fraud.
Stokfela records financial transactions as entered by stokvel administrators. We do not independently verify the accuracy of financial data entered into the platform. The platform is a record-keeping tool only. Stokfela is not a licensed financial institution and does not provide financial advice.
Administrators are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the platform. Stokfela is not liable for errors arising from incorrect data entry. Members should review their transaction history regularly and report discrepancies to their stokvel administrator.
Access to Stokfela may be subject to subscription fees as communicated at the time of account creation. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Stokfela if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if your stokvel administrator removes you from the group. You may request deletion of your account by contacting info@sicebi.com.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stokfela and Sicebi International Group Holdings (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stokfela and Sicebi International Group Holdings (Pty) Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Eswatini. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of Stokfela after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
